My girlfriend and I run at least once a month in different running events (mostly runrio organized ones,3k and 5k though ), not just to improve our health but also to better someones life by supporting the run that supports different cause. Regarding the registration, you can do so on-line but the shirt and donation will have to wait a bit since we are still working on this.
Do you have office near in pasong tamo makati? coz id like to register my wife and my 4 kids, i have 3 girls (18, 16, 14) and a boy(11)? we walk and run saturday morning…..and we want to encourage some of our neighbors…

No we do not have group registration. I guess you’ll have to list down the names of each member bec the bib corresponds with the timing chip. In the registration center, they can give you a generic receipt.

This will be available soon and a fee is paid wherein you get the shirt in your size & a part goes to the beneficiary 5775 Movement–we will explain this at a later post when available. There will be limited open parking along Temple Drive but Robinsons Galleria offered to open their parking at 4 am with fee. There will be shuttle service from there to People Power Monument.

I just received the race packet for the run this Sunday. It has the bib (with the chip attached), a copy of the rules, map, area plans, and discount coupons from what I assume to be sponsors. Also included is the shirt. Everything seems to be in order when I left the store and I am excited for the event.
However when I went over the contents of the envelope again, I noticed that the number on the race bib is different from the number indicated on the chip attached to it. On the race bib, the number is “5805″ while the number indicated on the chip on the reverse side is “8805″. I wonder if this is normal because in previous runs I joined, the d-tag number is always the same as the bib number.
Kindly advise if this discrepancy is ok – if it will not mess up records of time. Because while the event is purposely for a cause, truth be told that participants (or most of them including me) also want to keep track of their time. Isn’t that what the chip is for anyway? That being said, I just want to make sure that my true time will be recorded under my name and number (which I suppose should be the bib number) because if it’s not, regardless of the result, it will not be as fulfilling.
