The EDSA Run is one of the activities of the Ninoy & Cory Aquino Foundation, together with the iamninoy-iamcory runners group in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the People Power Revolution. The proceeds of the run will help the Department of Education raise funds to build classrooms nationwide. On this day, as you take part of the run, the lives of many school children will be changed simply because you signed up and decided to be heroes; because runners ca make a difference.
You can now register for The EDSA Run on line and pay via your credit card. This is a fast and hassle free way to be part of the much awaited run. Please make sure you follow the directions provided. For those who do not wish to register on-line, you can now register at the following areas:

We’re amateur runners and this will just be our second run. Can you tell us what we can expect from this run in terms of security, water stations, mobile first aid, etc.? Are you going to give out certificates, photos or something to show that we officially participated? Thanks!

Hi! The redemption center is too far (Taguig) and the time window is too narrow (Feb 23-25 are working days). Please set up other redemption centers (accessible by MRT or in any commercial centers — Araneta Center, Ortigas Center, or even near the People Power monument itself). I agree that the redemption center is too far for a lot of people. And yes it would be nice if there are redemption centers set up in more accessible places. But then again, perhaps that’s part of the commitment to the cause for which the event was organized.
It may sound cliché but if we think of the children who will be benefitting from the efforts we are making (apparently, part of what we paid for will be used to build classrooms), we would not feel the ‘inconvenience’.
